Go to next build failure with no open windows

The "Go To Next..." features do not work if no editor windows are open. Instead, you get an error "Attempting to get the view from an adapter in state Closed".

It would be nicer if this condition was handled so the shortcut keys would work even if no editor windows were currently open.

Tested with VS 2013 and 2015, both latest ncrunch versions.

Thanks for sharing this issue. The behaviour you've described is not intentional. It should be independent of the open editor windows.

I've easily managed to recreate the issue, however. At this stage I cannot yet promise a fix (VS being as it is), but will see what I can do!
