This is all controlled through the Distributed Processing Window in the NCrunch client. As long as you are connected to a server, you have visibility over the tasks the server is running. This includes tasks that the server is running for other connected clients (they will be shown in faded colour).
It isn't possible to control the tasks being executed by the server for other clients, but you do have power over your own execution tasks. Inside the Processing Queue Window, you can filter the list of tasks to show only the tasks executing on the grid node - and if you like, you can terminate the tasks remotely through the option in this window.
