Hi
I'm trying to get ncrunch to work.
I uninstalled it. Reinstalled. Deleted the appdata//ncrunch config file.
ran the "first time" wizard.
Everything is compiling and all tests are run.
But the code still has black circles??
I've had it working before but I can't figure out why it stopped working. The only change I can think of is that I enabled hyperthreads in BIOS.
I've trying clicking the Reset button in the Ncrunch Tests window.

Hi,
Try turning on the 'Log to output window' in your global configuration. After you reset NCrunch, then check in the output window to see if any errors exist.
Can you see all of your tests in the tests window? (i.e. when you've set the filters to show them).
Also, do you have any testing tasks showing in the processing queue?

Nothing in the processing queue.
Can't get 'Log to output window' working :-/
In ncrunch tests, it only lists the projects. Not individual tests. So that's the reason?
I again deleted all config. Also the xml files in my projects. And in the wizard said to not ignore any tests.

Check that you don't have any tests ignored - in the tests window, there is a grey round circle with a cross in it and an eye in the corner. Make sure this button is pushed as it will show any tests that may have been ignored by the wizard the first time you went through it.
Once a test has been ignored, it can only be reactivated manually.
Which test framework are you using?
Also .. would you be able to submit a bug report using the NCrunch menu? This will send a log file through to me that I can use to diagnose the problem.
Thanks!

Thanks for sending through the bug report. Are you making use of the latest Xunit 1.9? NCrunch is reliant on Gallio for its Xunit integration, and presently there isn't a release of Gallio that supports Xunit 1.9, so I'm afraid your tests won't be detected until support is extended to include the new Xunit version. Sorry.

We are indeed using xunit 1.9. I guess I'll wait until Gallio supports xunit 1.9.
Thanks for the explanation.

For anyone interested, support for XUnit 1.9 has been added in the new NCrunch version that was just released (1.37b).
