Just wondering if there was any update on the issue reported by Remco here:

I realize this isn't an NCrunch issue as such, but it definitely impacts my day-to-day use of it.

Sorry, as far as I know, there haven't been any developments on this problem. You may want to ask Gaspar Nagy (SpecFlow developer) if there is a fix available.
As far as I know, this issue shouldn't affect NUnit verison 2. I'm not sure if downgrading to it is an option for you.
