OK so i got this working!
Apparently i had community AND pro installed. when i noticed this i started community and saw ncrunch! i uninstalled community and reinstalled ncrunch and i now see it in vs2017
dunno if theres a way for you to either prompt or install into all VS instances, but this is fixed now =)

Great to hear! Thanks for taking the time to report the source of the problem. Right now, for the sake of simplicity, the NCrunch installer only installs into the first VS instance. It IS possible to install to multiple instances, but this would require a manual installation.
Hi -
I just bumped into this myself. Uninstalled my old VS2015 and 2017RC installations, NCrunch (on the Core beta) and Resharper - as well as some other related installers. Iinstalled VS 2017 Community, then Pro (wow how fast!). Resharper had options for both; NCrunch installed into Community only.
I followed instructions on https://www.ncrunch.net/documentation/manual-installation-instructions for my Pro and that sorted it out. One thing was to use an admin command prompt - I tried running in normal to be able to report here if it didn't work; got an error - when in admin prompt it ran silent and all was well.
