Hey Remco,
We have a bunch of build scripts that run that can do builds outside of the visual studio process, sometimes having NCrunch running can cause problems with those since it is watching the directories. I was wondering if there is any way to programmatically disable and then re-enable NCrunch from a script? I don't want to just kill the engine process as that requires user intervention to restart and we would like to avoid restarting visual studio as it takes a long time to start back up.

Thanks!
Omeed

Hi Omeed,

Thanks for posting!

Short of sending keystrokes to the VS process, there is nothing in NCrunch that can do this yet, though it would be a good request for the upcoming API - https://ncrunch.uservoice.com/forums/245203-feature-requests/suggestions/5655779-create-an-sdk-for-third-party-framework-support.
