We have ConsiderInconclusiveTestsAsPassing set to true on a solution level, but tests that throw Assert.Inconclusive still fail.
We're triggering this in the [TestInitialize] method which may be why

Hi, thanks for sharing this problem.
This looks like a compatibility hole. I've just managed to reproduce it myself. I'll see what I can do about getting it fixed. Thanks again for taking the time to report it.
