I installed Ncrunch with Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise and uninstalled it through Add/Remove Programs.
I was receiving an error when starting Visual Studio because it was unable to locate the extension so I followed the steps listed elsewhere to clear the VS cache. Now when I start Visual Studio I still have the Ncrunch menu - how can I uninstall this completely?

Hi, thanks for posting.

Make sure that all installed files under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\Extensions\Remco Software" (or your normal install path) are removed. Then run the following as an administrator:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe /setup"

Make sure you wait for the devenv.exe process to finish executing before you restart it (watch it in task manager).

If this doesn't work, then something must be corrupt in your VS installation. If VS is operating normally, removing an extension will normally remove all menu items and other artifacts once /setup has been run.
