However, when I download NCrunch with Firefox the download is successful and no errors about corrupted MSI are reported. Thanks, Ed

According to windows itself, the MSI is valid and the signature has no issues. Perhaps this is a bug in Edge? v3.10 is out now, it might be worth giving it a try to see if you have the same experience.
