Subscribe to uservoice ideas without voting?

Hi.

I tend to vote for an Idea I am interested in in order to get notification of updates, but I cannot seem to subscribe to an idea without voting. Am I missing something here?
(I'm all out of votes :|)

Sorry, I don't know the answer to this question :( You could check to see if there's anything on the uservoice website about this?

Thanks for contacting UserVoice!

With our legacy voting system, users were limited to a pre-determined number of votes. In the context of this voting system, there was not a way for users to subscribe to ideas if they had used all of their votes.

With our newer supporter mode, users can vote and subscribe to as many ideas as they would like, which is why this idea has been marked as completed. It is up to the administrator for each account to choose the voting system to use.

So maybe you want to enable "supporter mode" ? :)

Ok, this has been turned on. Fingers crossed that we don't get any nasty side-affects.
