The NCrunch client off https://www.ncrunch.net/download/getMsi?version=3.12&vs=2015 is blocked/quarantined by both Chrome and Windows Defender. Defender reports it as having "Trojan:Win32/Azden.A!cl" (The version for VS 2017 is likewise blocked/quarantined.)

It's interesting that Defender is reporting a completely different false positive in your case (different trojan).
