I experience an issue when hovering the cursor over certain parts of the NCrunch windows. The cursor suddenly becomes very slow. It seems to occur only when the cursor changes its appearance, e.g. when something is clickable or in the test window while hovering over the stack trace. The cursor is then displayed with both symbols at the same time and flickering a little.
I have experienced this neither in other parts of Visual Studio nor in any other program on my computer.

Hi thanks for posting!
Would it be possible for you to make a screencap/recording of this? (https://getsharex.com/ is a program that can do quick screengrabs into gif's) You can send this via our contact form. (https://www.ncrunch.net/Support/Contact).
Could you also if this happens submit a bug report? This might give us some more insight in what the engine is doing.
Could you also provide me with some more information about your setup? Namely:
- Are you using HighDPI settings? (Under windows 10 it's called Scale and Layout under Display settings)
- Windows version
- Visual Studio version
- NCrunch version
Hopefully that will allow us to narrow this problem down a bit more.

Hi,
With the information you provided I've seen some mouse flickering on a dev machine. The cursor itself wasn't slow. I've fixed the flickering in a dev build. Would you mind testing that build to check if it solves your issue?

Hi Michael!
The new build resolves the issue, yay!
On the other hand, NCrunch seems to load a lot slower, but that is due to that version being a dev build, I suppose?

Hi Nils,
Good to hear that there is no more flickering/slow cursor!
This build doesn't have any debug code in it. It's a normal release build other than it's not public on the main site. I don't see that fix itself could affect performance in a negative way.
What is going slower? The loading of the projects? Is that consistent after restarting VS?
If it's the UI I think there must be something else going on here. The cursor flickering wasn't very apparent on our machines, I could only see it when I was watching very closely. I'm wondering if you have any programs installed that track mouse movement? Maybe an RSI prevention app? Are you working remotely via Citrix/RDP/VNC on the desktop?

Hi again!
After som time now it seems everything is back to normal. Maybe my machine was clogged with something else or Visual Studio was having a bad day.
Thanks a lot for the help!
/Nils
