One of my favorite features in VS2019 is that it improves rendering when using screens with different DPI. The option is located under "Options -> Environment -> General -> Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities (requires restart)".

When enabling this, none of the NCrunch windows are drawn. That is the content of "NCrunch Tests" "NCrunch Risk/Progress" are blank.
