I've had a look but I can't seem to reproduce it.
Would you mind checking if you have Tools->Options->Optimize rendering for screens... enabled? Are you using a different display scaling? Would you mind checking if setting that to 100% fixes the issue? Would you mind submitting a bug report from Extensions->NCrunch->Submit bug report? This might give us a hint.
