Upgrading license after company merger

At my company, our NCrunch licenses are past the 12 month support window, and will need to be upgraded for VS2019 support. When taking inventory of the existing licenses, I noticed the company name is still tied to our previous company from before a merger last year.

When we purchase an upgrade, will there be an option to update the company name as well?

The short answer is Yes. When purchasing an upgrade, the new licence is issued under the name of the purchasing company and not under the name attached to the previous licence.
