Hi,
does NCrunch regard selected build configurations?
Right now it doesn't look like or I'm doing something wrong.

Nope! NCrunch is unaware of the build configuration selected in the IDE. Instead, it will always use whichever build configuration is the default for each of your project files - unless you specify it using the 'Use build configuration' option under your NCrunch project configuration.
