My company is looking into setting up VMs instead of using desktops for the developers. Given that this is a personal license, is there a way to setup NCrunch licensing in a personal AppData (or similar) directory so that it would only be applicable to me? If so, are there specific steps to do this?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi, thanks for posting!

NCrunch stores its license details under the logged in user profile. In theory, as long as there is a different user account for each user in the system, your license details shouldn't be shared by other users.

If all users are sharing the same account, unfortunately you'll be reduced to manually adding and removing the license key each time you use VS.
