My machine crashed and I'm having to reinstall everything.
I installed NCrunch 4.6 and got an error message that my license key doesn't cover that version. So I uninstalled NCrunch and installed the correct version.
Now, when I try to activate, I just see "The specified license key is invalid". However, I copied it directly out of my "My Licenses" page. I also copied my name out of the same page and have tried numerous variations of my name to no avail.
Is there a trick I'm missing, here? Do I need to have a version that is older than the max version listed on the "My Licenses" page? Does it have to be exact (e.g., if it says "4.3" for the max version, then "4.3.0.13" is too new)?
Thanks,
Max

Hi Max,
Can you contact me through the contact form and attach a screenshot of your license dialog with the error showing? Thanks!
