In the filter builder, the drop-down menus that allow you to select the conditions have an option at the top called '<remove>'. If you select this option, it will remove the condition.

Generally, I would recommend against build complex conditions that target tests by name. It would be better practice to instead use the condition to target a test category, then use category attributes to determine which tests should be executed automatically.
