Json FileNotFoundException preventing build

Hi
could some support staff help me please, new to ncrunch,
Problem its not building to execute test because

System.IO.FileNotFoundException : Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
----> System.IO.FileNotFoundException : Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Users\josep\.nuget\packages\newtonsoft.json\10.0.3\lib\net45\Newtonsoft.Json.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

the file exists.

i already "Copy referenced assemblies to workspace" to true and nothing changed.

Can you share any more information about where you receive this error? Does this appear on one of your projects? Is there any more to the stack trace?

oddly enough I can run tests manually with Nunit visual studio.

Thanks for these extra details.

I can't see the top of the stack trace here, but my guess is that this is happening during test discovery, rather than build time. There is code running inside an attribute constructor that is causing massive complicated layers of other code to run.

Can you try introducing a reference from your test project to the missing package? I think this might be caused by a reference clash in the dependency tree.

Thanks for this. Could you submit a bug report from NCrunch straight after the error appears? I'd like to take a look at the log to see if it yields any clues about why this is happening.

Could you also try the preload assembly references setting to see if this makes any difference?

For some strange reason its working now.
i feel the problem might be onedrive locking the the file so ncrunch could not access it.
but its building now. if it happens again i will let you know
