HI,
I left VS and NCrunch a couple years ago. But now NCrunch is available on Rider. I remember that the test where running as I type. Now the run only when I save, i tried to find something in the Documentation but was not able to.
Update: That was yesterday, today it is working :)

Hi,
Glad you're trying it out once again :)
If it happens again could you please submit a bug report using the Submit Bug Report feature in the NCrunch menu? Maybe with the state gathered in there we can figure out why that wasn't working properly.

If I can open the Rider Menu when this occurs :), then I will do that.

Good point :)
What I found that during testing clicking anywhere in the NCrunch tests window then clicking on the editor should put the focus situation back to normal. If it doesn't a screenshot might help me figure out why this is different on your end. An alternative way for accessing the NCrunch menu is clicking on the corner spinner in the bottom right of the main editor window. If that also doesn't show; something is broken in the integration and it would be helpful to get the idea.log file which is accessible via help -> diagnostic tools -> show log in explorer. (which you can't use if the menu is broken, but the file will still be there. You will have to navigate manually for me it's here: C:\Users\micha\AppData\Local\JetBrains\Rider2024.1\log but it depends if you do a standalone install or use the ToolBox etc)
It's great to have you back reporting bugs! (I'd rather not have the bugs there in the first place of-course :))
Edit: The idea.log file contains a lot of information about your project, also if you use the JB AI assistant the queries are in there too. So please check if there's something in there that you don't want to share.

Thanks for the Welcome Back!
Hopefully, I can stay (but currently have to work on Windows, so there maybe a chance).
The NCrunch UI seems a little alien in the Rider Context. Have more UI quirks ready, but will wait for the next release ;) #soon?

We have quite a lot of Rider fixes coming in the release next week. It might be best to wait until then before reporting lots of stuff, since that way you can be sure you're reporting things we haven't fixed yet :)
