Would you mind submitting a bug report? That should hopefully give us some insight in why this happens from time to time.

It didn't provide an immediate answer, but it seems sometimes the menu initialisation is skipped or missed. This looks like a timing issue during our initialisation. I'm going to look into this. Thanks for the report!

If it still occurs on your end this build has even more logging and it should help me further investigate the problem. Would you mind giving it a try?
