Attempting to install 5.8.0.2 Won't Get Past "Another Installation Running"

I just downloaded v5.8.0.2 and when using the msi, I can't get past the "Another installation is in progress" dialog. I've confirmed VS2022 is not running, nor is there another hidden instance of your installer running.

What service should I look for?

Windows installer unfortunately is not without its problems.

I recommend a manual installation instead.
