rdi storage is located in C:\RDIStorage but programdata doesnt belong in that folder
default should be either a folder in user direcotry or %ProgramData% but not in the root folder of windows

There is no true default path for RDI storage in NCrunch.
When setting up RDI, you need to specify a path. The UI is designed around this because it's important you know where the storage path is, and that you make sure to set sensible allowances for its size.
Most probably, if you click to add a new storage path, it starts at C:\RDIStorage, but there is no obligation for you to accept that.
