After 5.22 was released this week I've also tried to upgrad our License Server.
I usally just pick the content of the .zip File and copy it into the existing Directory under "inetpub".
But the new version crashed with the following error while 5.21 still would work.

The "Newtonsof.JSON" exists but got updated from 4.5 to 13.0.x which now causes problems.
After copying the old file version from the 5.21 backup the 5.22 also works.
