After coding for 2 / 3 hours, the coverage indicators start getting confused (showing black where there is actually coverage). Restarting the solution works around the issue.

This is caused by a problem in NCrunch's mapping algorithm that I've been trying to track down. I'm sure it will eventually come out in the works, but if you do find a way to consistently reproduce it please do let me know .. it's an elusive one!
