Show code coverage (red/green/black) markers in line with method names as well as in each line of method.

When method bodies are collapsed (which I do often to aid readability / navigation) the markers disappear entirely.

There is a task in the backlog to add a summary marker on the declaration of methods/classes so that the coverage is readable even when these structures are collapsed. Unfortunately this will require a considerable amount of work, so it may be a while before this features is introduced. Thanks for the feedback!
