I have my projects on an SSD which is my D: drive, but my home folder (with AppData) is on my HDD C: drive. Is there a way to change the resharper temp directory so that I can have it build on my SSD?

Ah, it's exactly where I should have expected it to be: in the configuration screen, it's under All Solutions -> General -> Workspace base path
