Reproduction steps:
1) Create a test that fails with a timeout.
2) Debug the test.
3) Stop the Debugger.
4) NCrunch displays
1 test was failing
1 test is being processed
The Status of the test run process in the Processing Queue remains "Processing"
5) When you want to rerun the test in the Debugger the Processing Queue will show a new process with Status "Pending" forever.
6) One has to Resynchronize in order to reenable debugging.

I couldn't reproduce this situation when testing locally. Would you mind submitting a bug report after you've had it happen to you?

For anyone interested, 1.43 has just been released with a fix for the above problem.
