I'm afraid the Named User License is intended for personal purchases and it not available for purchase by companies (either for the business, or on behalf of an employee). If you are operating in a company, the only option is to purchase a Company Seat License.

The rationale behind this is that most customers that purchase a Named User License do not receive a direct financial benefit from their purchase (i.e. they are on a salary and are paid by hour), where for businesses there is a commercial incentive that can be seen as an investment.
