Ok, this makes sense now. Microsoft are quite big on making sure that extensions such as NCrunch are not supported by VS Express - likely because it undermines their pricing structure.

I'm afraid that there is nothing I can do to make NCrunch work for your version of Visual Studio short of encouraging you to upgrade to a commercial release. Sorry.

Thanks for taking the time to explain. Since this may be an issue others are experiencing, you might want to update your minimum software requirements on the download page.
