Add right-click menu to nCrunch button indicator

It would be very handy to be able to control the running state of the nCrunch engine from a right-click menu on the 'N' button in the Visual Studio footer.

Perhaps a simple menu could include:
Enable/Disable nCrunch engine
nCrunch engine run mode - Automatic, Pinned only, Effected only

Thanks for the suggestion! I'd been keeping the right-click option on the marker open as I was hoping to put other menu options in here to better control the data shown on the marker. There is a whole heap of stuff planned here :)

Currently a (left) click opens the "Tests" window. If you add a context menu, then please also add opening the "Processing Queue" window.
