I have to recommend taking a look at the difference between the SL .csproj and non-SL .csproj files. You may find you're able to make a single project file work cross-target by using some MSBuild wizardry. This could allow you have the same list of files in the project without needing to duplicate everything.
Another option to consider would be to have the list of included files specified in a shared <Import> file between the two projects. I haven't tested this with Visual Studio (or with NCrunch), but if it works then it could be worth your while :)
